Open Range Day (LORD & ORD)| Defensive Pistol

This is a combined LORD and ORD 4-hour Open Range Day training event focusing on defensive pistol skills, shooting and weapons manipulation while on the move, working around vehicles and unconventional shooting positions.

Students will participate in large group and solo shooting drills, individual assessments with direct interaction and training with an instructor and competitive drills. Step out of your comfort zone, push your training standards, compete with yourself and against other shooters. ORD's are shooting events combined with training and instructor feedback.

All shooters need a semi-automatic handgun, quality holster designed for that weapon, 3 magazines, double mag pouch, belt, associated gear, eye and ear protection and 250 rounds ammo. We will be shooting steel so you MUST have side shields on your eye protection. Please bring all needed gear and the ammo you possess.

Participation in training requires exercises and tests of physical agility, physical excursion, rapid heart rate, unconventional shooting positions in which the attendee assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety and improper weapons handling skills.

All attendees MUST acknowledge the Release of Liability Waiver and Safety Brief prior to registering and paying.

All attendees MUST RSVP and prepay by using the event tool.
