About the Event

This is a carbine instructional and assessment course addressing the critical skills every shooter must know. Students will complete the following:

  • Carbine nomenclature
  • Zeroing
  • The zero process
  • Zero performance from the 7 yard line to the 300 yard line
  • Critical skills drills 
  • One on one assessment
  • Reloading for time and efficiency
  • Identifying and clearing malfunctions 
  • Engaging multiple targets as well as imminent threat and close contact drills.

Students are required to bring the following:

  • Semi-automatic carbine
  • Sling
  • Three magazines
  • Magazine pouch
  • 250 rounds of ammunition
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Water and a snack if needed
  • Chair

Cost is $275.00.

Participation in training may require physical agility, physical excursion, rapid heart rate, unconventional shooting positions in which the attendee assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety and improper weapons handling skills.
